I had the most incredible fashion week with an amazing crew, it was seriously such an honor working with them for the last week and I couldn't have thought of a better team to experience my first MBFWA with! With working and studying full time I felt SO overwhelmed heading into Fashion Week, but now that it’s over I am SO proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone and getting this opportunity, with the help of the incredible Aicha Robertson & Nick Azar, It was so special to experience the fashion shows, and was so excited to share some fun photos from the overall week. I hope you love it!
With winter pieces starting to come out of hibernation in the closet I figured it would be the last time I could show off some of my favorite summer pieces. My first look for the week was a bell sleeve black dress by Glassons. For first Fashion week, I kept it simple, and I had no idea how I should feel about it, such an overwhelming feeling! I paired the dress with my favorite winter boots this seasons (Mainly because all the girls were complaining about how sore their feet were from wearing heels the previous day!) I last minute decided to add a red lip for a pop of colour, because for me, I think a bold lip with a fresh face and a light tan can be a really pretty look.

Words can't describe how incredible some of the shows were. I have to say two of my favourites were By Johnny and Bec and Bridge. I particularly loved their earthy colour palettes especially the golds and rusts! Take a look at just a snap shot of my week..
Two of my favourite looks from the Bec and Bridge show on Tuesday afternoon, I am obsessed with this mustard colour!
Getting ready for Day 2 with Davroe Hair, So important to maintain a healthy hair regime when you are away, especially with all the heat and styling that goes onto this mane! (Click here to view their full range)
Thank god for Uber, I don't know about you guys but I am just not a fan of cabs! #UberForLife.

We were lucky enough to stay just five minutes away from Carriageworks, which worked out perfectly with our outfit changes and meant we could sleep in that little bit longer. We spent the week at the up and coming The Urban Hotel, Newtown. I couldn't have been happier with the location and the setting of the apartment, it was really a bloggers dream. Picture a boutique hotel, that had a trendy industrial style vibe, it was truly something else! The foyer was always stocked with fresh fruit, delicious pastries and an espresso machine! They must know us too well.  The best part of the hotel was the funky interior and the location for sure, I've never seen anything like it! Cannot wait to go back there. Check out some of my snaps I got over my time there. (Click here to view their website!)
Loved my little room in the Urban Newtown, it was so fresh, and I felt totally at home here. I know it sounds strange, but I loved being able to look out onto the hustle and bustle of the busy Newtown Streets below. I <3 you Sydney.
Thats all for now, but I will have another MBFWA post coming to the blog soon. Thanks for stopping in and keep stopping by and checking in! Xxxx
